1. License Agreement

By purchasing an AI-Powered Trade Manager or any of our proprietary tools, you are granted a non-transferable, limited license for your personal or commercial trading operations. Redistribution of our code is strictly prohibited.

2. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves significant risk. Our AI tools provide analysis and management automation, but they do not guarantee profit. Trading Club AI is not responsible for financial losses incurred while using our software.

3. User Conduct

Any attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass the security protocols of this terminal will result in immediate termination of your account and revocation of all licenses without refund.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the terminal at our discretion for violations of these terms.
